On October 16th, President Serena was invited to perform at a meeting held by the Contra Costa League of the San Francisco Symphony. She played the guzheng and also gave a speech on MSSL’s efforts in community service. Afterward, the San Francisco Symphony donated money on behalf of MSSL to Katie’s Clinic for Rett Syndrome.
