MSSL During COVID-19

Hello all,

We hope this announcement finds you and your families well, and thank you all for your patience in these trying times! We would like to give you an update on MSSL and our plans for next school year. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the MSSL and Macy’s 3rd Annual Fashion Show that we had originally scheduled and planned for early May was postponed. Furthermore, we had originally communicated with Katie’s Clinic for Rett Syndrome for an opportunity to volunteer at and support them at their Family Education Day event in August. As for senior home performances for next school year, we are taking into account the health and safety of both the senior citizens and our members and their families, and we are in discussions of how best to continue our activities and volunteer opportunities. As we know the circumstances surrounding these events are uncertain, we will be sure to keep you updated via email newsletters.

To make sure that MSSL’s emails are not going through to your spam inbox (as we have heard that that can happen), please make sure to go through your settings and be sure that michellechen@msslmusic.org is not blocked. Please feel free to reach out to michellechen@msslmusic.org if you have any questions, and thank you again for your patience!
